UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)
Please allow additional time during new collection launches and seasonal periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
International Shipping
We’re working hard to make J’Amaru available worldwide.

Returns
We hope you love your J’Amaru purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn.
- Items must be unwashed.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that show signs of wear or damage unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
If your preferred size is available, we’ll happily exchange your item.
Simply contact us before sending your return so we can reserve your replacement.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, we’re truly sorry.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
