Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched during our normal working days, excluding UK bank holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

During launches, new collection releases and other particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order.

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracked delivery is provided, tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied when placing your order.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Incorrect Delivery Information

We will try to help where possible, but once an order has been dispatched we may be unable to change the delivery address.

International Deliver

J’Amaru currently ships within the United Kingdom. International delivery will be introduced as the brand grows.

Pre-Orders

If a product is sold on a pre-order basis, the expected dispatch timeframe will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page.

Products ordered alongside a pre-order item may be dispatched together unless otherwise stated.
